In loving memory of Helen Dodkiewicz 50 years Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Health Sciences North Loving mother of Alexandria Dodkiewicz, and Anthony Dodkiewicz predeceased. Beloved daughter of Kazimiera ""Kay"" and Joseph Dodkiewicz both predeceased. Dear sister of Richard Urysz (predeceased), Joseph Urysz predeceased (wife Mary Heidman) and Anthony ""Tony"" Dodkiewicz. Cherished aunt to Kim Valade, Pamela Mae-Stamper (husband Duncan), Stephen Urysz, Corrie Poulin (husband Mitch), Marnie Savage (husband Troy) and Joanne Savage. Special great aunt to Matt, Joshua, Brooklyn, Carter, Mariah, Adrian, Stephan, Mason and Shalon. Helen was a long time resident of Sudbury who loved spending time with family and friends. She was an avid animal lover and took in many animals as well as finding them other homes. She loved nature and enjoyed walking the paths at Laurentian University with her dog Tia. She had a kind and giving nature and loved to talk to people. She had a wonderful sense of humour and could always find something to laugh about in every situation. Her presence in her loved ones lives will be sorely missed. At Helen’s request there will be no visitation or service. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Arrangements entrusted to the Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home.
