In loving memory of Béatrice “Bea” Bernard of Smooth Rock Falls who passed away at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on Friday, October 21st, 2016 at the age of 70 years. Beloved wife of the late Réjean Bernard (predeceased 2009). Loving mother of Linda Bernard of Smooth Rock Falls, Carole Bernard (Barry Corkum) of Thunder Bay and Doris Sauvé (Dan) of Azilda. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Sauvé (Brigitte) and Courtney Sauvé. Dear sister of Robert Arsenault (Henriette) of Port Colborne, Joe Beauparlant (Manon) of Québec, Claudette Mainville (Denis predeceased) of Timmins, Marieanne Levesque (Donald predeceased) of Welland, Rhéal Beauparlant (Carol) of Welland, Dennise Stelmaschuk (Danny) of Welland, Denis Beauparlant of Smooth Rock Falls, Marcel Beauparlant (Lise) of Sudbury, Lauraine Beauparlant (Rob) of Welland, Michel Beauparlant (Vicky) of Welland, Joanne Beauparlant (Yvon Levesque) of Welland and Roger Beauparlant of Welland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Béatrice was born in Cochrane on March 26th, 1946, daughter of Henry and Claircy Arsenault (both predeceased). Some of her favourite pastimes were reading, line dancing, playing bingo and volunteering her time at the Smooth Rock Falls Hospital and at the Truck Fest. She will be remembered as an individual who greatly enjoyed spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. As per her wishes, there will be no public visitation. Cremation at Lakeview Crematorium. A graveside committal service will be held in Smooth Rock Falls at a later date.
