MÉRINEAU, Regina “Reggy” (née Lanteigne) The family announces with great sorrow her passing in Sudbury, Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Wife of the late Yvon Mérineau. Daughter of the late Fred and the late Maggie (née Thomas) Lanteigne. Beloved mother of Marcel (Marie), Daniel (Irène), Réjeanne Roy (Sylvio), Dolorès Maurice (Normand), Lise Stewart (Marc), Gilles (Wendy) and Edmond “Eddy” (Evelyne). Dear sister of Charles (Yvonne), Bertha McLaughlin (late John), Hélène Lanteigne and Eloie. Predeceased by her brothers and sisters Malvina (late Monsieur Paul), Alma Losier (late Xavier), Anna Continelli (late Pascal), Alphé (Delta Gallant), Rev. Sr Edna, Wilfred, Marguerite Mérineau (late Edmond), Diana McLaughlin (late Normand), Valère (Doreen Comeau), Clara Brideau and Edmond (Emerise). Cherished grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 21. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury on Saturday, October 22nd, 2016 from 1-3:30 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home Chapel.
