Dupuis, Diana 'Diane' (Bélisle)

In Loving Memory of Diana “Diane” Dupuis (née Bélisle) 90 years Monday afternoon, October 17th, 2016 at Pioneer Manor, Sudbury, Beloved wife of Joffre Dupuis predeceased January 8th, 2016. Loving mother of René (wife Nicole), Richard (wife Yvette), Normand (wife Jackie), Ronald (wife Denise), Michel (wife Gail), Carole, Denis (wife Christine) and predeceased by her daughters Marie and Angella Gallon (husband Rod). Will be sadly missed by 18 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Donat and Emela (née Landry) Bélisle and by her brothers and sisters; Edouard Bélisle, Rhéa Levert, Lucien Bélisle, Alice, Régina Bourré, Aimé Nadon, Oza Nadon, Albert Nadon, Léo Nadon, Eva Carrière, Glorina Huot, Albert Bélisle, Léo-Paul Bélisle and Donat Bélisle Jr.. Dear aunt of several nieces and nephews. Diane was born and raised in Noëlville. She married Joffre in 1944. Living in Alban for several years, and after raising a family of 8 children, Diane owned and operated Diane’s Confectionary in Alban. Upon her retirement, she and Joffre moved to Sudbury to be close to the children. Playing cards and gardening with Joffre were her favorite pastimes. A devoted of the Roman Catholic faith, Diane was a member of the Noëlville Filles d’Isabelle and the Mouvement des Femmes Chrétiennes de Noëlville. Her family was her priority she loved her children and was very proud of all her grandchildren.
