PAQUETTE, J. Diane (CHARTRAND)

Born April 14th, 1938 in Sudbury the daughter of Adelard Chartrand and Blanche (Girard) Chartrand both deceased. Wife and best friend of Romeo Paquette. Loving mother of David (Brenda) and daughter Lori-Ann. Loving grandmother of Bryan, Ashley and Jennifer. Great grandmother of Olivia, Ethan and Carter. Sister of Bob Chartrand (Theresa) and sister of Betty Guenette (Roger). Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Diane was very involved in the community, especially the Daughters of Isabella. She held the highest position in Canada for the English section of the Daughters of Isabella as state Regent, a lector at her church, past president of St-Charles College, past secretary of the advisory board for the residents of Extendicare Falconbridge, volunteered with CNIB for 30 years, a member of the CWL St. Andrew the Apostle church, she will be remembered for her love of people and her family. A true example of womanhood, a faithful servant of God. Your work is done here. Yours is the Kingdom of Heaven, You will be sadly missed. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Tuesday, June 23rd, 2015 (immediate family 1:30 p.m.) from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9:30 p.m. A funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St-Andrew the Apostle church, Sudbury.
