DOUCET, Jules (Barney) - Passed away on January 25th, 2010 at SRH (St. Joseph's Health Center) after a brief illness at the age of 81 years. Son of the late Edouard and Annette (née Henry) Doucet. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Jennifer Filippelli (David) of Vaughan, his two grandsons Julian and Jayden, his sister Jacqueline Lalande, his brother Gaëtan(Dolores)and all his nephews, nieces and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Francine Courville. Barney was an avid sportsman in his youth, playing softball and broomball however golf was his life long passion. He will be especially missed by his friends at the coffee club. Time and date of a Memorial Service will be published in the newspaper at the end of April or the beginning of May. Donations (by cheque only) to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, Sudbury. Père bien- aimé de Jennifer Filippelli (David) de Vaughan, grand-papa de Julian et Jayden, frère de Jacqueline Lalande et Gaëtan Doucet (Dolores). Prédécédé par sa soeur Francine Courville. Il sera également regretté par plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins, cousines ainsi que par son groupe d'ami au club de café. L'annonce d'un service commémoratif paraitra dans les journaux à la fin d'avril ou au début de mai.
