JOHNSTON, Ronald - In loving memory of Ronald Johnston, 79 years, who passed away at his home, which he built in 1959, on Tuesday, January 26th, 2010 due to complications of heart disease. He was a loving and devoted husband to Connie for 57 years. Beloved father to Randall (Carol) of Ottawa, Debbie Morin (Jim) of Sudbury, Katherine of Sudbury as well as Christopher (Christine) of Smooth Rock Falls. Cherished grandfather to Ryan, Greig-Linden, Sharon and Rachael Johnston; Cory and Mark Morin; Stephanie and Jake Witherell; Caleb, Rebecca, Tyler, Shoana and Ashton Johnston. Loving great grandfather to Jacob, Grace, Akira and Maika. Ronald is survived by his brothers Bobby and Tommy as well as his sister Audrey. He is predeceased by his parents Herman and Marion (nee Boyter) Johnston as well as his siblings Mary, Dorothy, Wally and his twin brother Donny. Ronald was well known for his work as a plumber through the Local 800 Union. Thank you to his close friend and work companion George Godin and his long time friends from the Legion in Longlake. At Ronald's request, there will be no visitation or service. Ronald will be laid to rest with his parents at the Park Lawn Cemetery at a later date.
