BLAIS, Suzanne - In loving memory of Suzanne Blais (nee Bechard), 61 years, who passed away at the Timmins and District Hospital on Tuesday, December 8th, 2009. Beloved wife of Romeo of Timmins. Loving mother of Rene (wife Lynn) of Timmins and Dan (wife Karen) of Hanmer. Cherished grandmother of Brandon, Jordan, Marissa, Vanessa and Tucker. Dear sister of Rolly (wife Rita, both predeceased), Cleo (wife Marilyn, both predeceased), Gordon (predeceased, surviving wife Sandra of Timmins), Edmond (wife Rachelle predeceased) of St. Catharines, Clayton (wife Carol) of Lively, Aurel (wife Carmen) of Sudbury, Willard (predeceased, Claudette of Val Caron), Ernie of Sudbury, Shirley (husband Ernie Piche, both predeceased), Collen (husband Gerry Paquette) of Toronto, Paulette (predeceased, surviving husband Rod Glenn of Ottawa), Sandra of Mattawa, Sheila (predeceased, surviving husband Len Brousseau of Sudbury) and Darlene and Charlene both of Sudbury. Also survived by her dear friends Jim, Estelle, Mary, and Sophie, all of Timmins. Suzanne was born on December 6th, 1948, daughter of Pearl (nee Lalonde) and Edmond Bechard (both predeceased). For the last 17 years, she resided in Timmins and prior to that, in Ignace and Sudbury. Some of her favourite pastimes were cooking, fishing and boating. She will be remembered as an outgoing person who was the life of the party on many occasions and was loved by all. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. (at Hazel St.), Sudbury. Cremation to follow at Park Lawn Crematorium. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated. (Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Friday, December 11th, 2009 only.
