HEISE, Nolan - In loving memory of Nolan Heise, April 11th, 1953 - December 6th, 2009. The family announces with sorrow the unexpected death of our dear Nolan. Beloved husband of Valerie Heise (Gibson). Loving father of Jodi Taillefer (husband Rick) and Trevor Heise. Cherished Papa of Taylor and Tanner. Loving son of Boyne Heise (predeceased) and Verna Heise of Little Current, Manitoulin Island. Dear brother of Karen Heise (Don Lahti) of Sudbury, Lyn Valiquette (husband Mike) of Little Current, Myron Heise (wife Debbie McConnell) of Little Current and Rodger Heise (wife Molly Wilson) of Welland. Son in law of Charles Gibson (predeceased) and Merle Gibson of Mindemoya. Brother in law of Launie Gibson of Mindemoya, Scott Gibson (wife Leonne) of Espanola, Gerald Gibson (wife Linda) of Sault Ste. Marie, Lloyd Gibson (predeceased) and Jacqueline Hill (husband Ron) of Windsor. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special friend of Russell Moore (cousin) and sadly missed by his partners and staff. Nolan was a partner and managed the North Bay office of Regional Spring Sudbury/North Bay where he made a great many friends who will miss him. Nolan possessed a terrific sense of humour, twinkling blue eyes and a great smile. He loved to play golf, go hunting and spend time on his ATV with his buddies at the new hunt camp. Barnard Chapel Friday, December 11th, 2009 at 11 a.m. Interment in the Cold Springs Cemetery, Manitoulin Island. (Friends may call 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday and after 10 a.m. Friday).
