GUÉNETTE, Jocelyn (Joe) - 1956-2009 - The family announces with sorrow his death in Sudbury at Maison Vale Inco Hospice, Thursday November 26 2009 at the age of 53 years. Beloved husband of Margaret (née Simon) Guénette of Warren. Survived by his children Simone Guénette of Sudbury, Martin Guénette of Coniston and their mother Irene Guénette, Melissa Simon of Noelville and Nathan Carmichael of Warren. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandson Keygan Carroll. Also survived by his brothers Peter Hughes (Carrie) of Georgia and Roger Hughes-Bell (Genna) of New York. Joe was a community minded person, involved in oldtimers hockey, serving as counselor on municipal council in Warren and managing the Warren location of the Caisse Populaire after having worked for the Banque Nationale in Sudbury. Family, friends and relatives are invited to come and share their memories of Joe at the THEORET BOURGEOIS CENTER, 17 Rutland Street Warren, Wednesday December 2 2009 from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Donations to the Maison Vale Inco Hospice or the NorthEastern Ontario Regional Cancer Centre would be greatly appreciated.
