SHAMBROOK, Hélène “Mickey“ (née Dominique) - The family announces with sorrow her death, Sunday November 22 2009 in Sudbury, at the age of 79 years. Daughter of the late John and the late Marie (née Ouellette) Dominique. Beloved wife of Tony Shambrook of Val Caron. Loving mother of Chantal Shambrook (Michael Blaine) of Peru, New York. Dear sister of Alice Beaudry (late Bernie), John Dominique Jr. (Claire), Annie Brideau (Roger), June Malinen (Vic), Jeannette “Mike“ Bellefeuille, Annette Tenier (Joe), Mary Jane Primeau (Ron), Richard Dominique (Diane), Dorothy Burt (late Ron) and Patricia Leroy. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Emmalee Hélène Shambrook, Jeanna June Shambrook and Adam Blaine. Hélène was a full time Mom and housewife as well as working at Zellers. She loved collecting Angels and music boxes. Special thank you to Carrie O'Bumsawin and all the home care helpers, the doctors and staff, especially Debbie, at St-Joseph's Health Centre E.R. and ICU, and also to Kate Dunford. The family will receive relatives and friends at St-Kevin's Church, 4610 St-Thérèse Street, Val Thérèse, Thursday November 26 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Donations (by cheque only) to the Lung association would be appreciated.
