McKENZIE, Charles William (Chuck) - passed away on Tuesday November 24, 2009 at Freeport Health Centre of the Grand River Hospital, Kitchener. Chuck resided in New Hamburg and was formerly of Sault Ste. Marie. He was born 66 years ago in Frood Mine, Ontario. Beloved husband and best friend of Karin (Jedyk) McKenzie who he married August 28, 1965. Loving dad of Charlene & Ed Scharlach of Kitchener, and Bill & Maggie McKenzie of Calgary. Much loved grandpa of Matt, MacKenzie, Hannah, Scott & Tom. Also remembered by sister-in- law Vivian MacKenzie of Sudbury, nephews Frank and Stuart and niece Rebecca. Chuck was predeceased by his parents Stuart & Hilma (Anderson) McKenzie and by brother Frank MacKenzie. According to Chuck's wishes cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to share their memories with the family on Thursday November 26th, 2009 at Morningside Village Centre, New Hamburg from 2-4 p.m. Burial will take place in Sudbury.
