MÉNARD, Germaine (née Beaulieu) - In loving memory of Germaine Ménard, 77 years, who passed away Friday, November 20, 2009 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital (Laurentian Site), Palliative Care Unit with her loving family by her side. Beloved wife of Léo Ménard of Sudbury. Loving mother of Claude (friend Joëlle Picard) of Ottawa, Ronald (wife Claire) of Hanmer, Albert (wife Jeannette) of Chelmsford and Diane (husband Roger Fournier) of Val Caron, Raymond (wife Michelle) of Wahnapitae and Carol (husband John Grenon) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Michel, Joanne, Renée, Kimberly-Anne, Alain, Caroline, Richard (predeceased), Daniel, Patrick, Sean, Richard, Zachary and eleven great- grandchildren. Dear daughter of Joseph and Georgina (Robillard) Beaulieu both predeceased. Dear sister of Roméo Beaulieu (wife Lucille) of Sudbury, Damasse, Léo, Joe, Jeanne, Alphonsine, Yvonne all predeceased. Born in Sudbury where she married Léo in 1948. Germaine worked at the Sudbury Board of Education for 25 years, prior to her retirement. She enjoyed camping, music and dancing. She was always happy to be with people. The focus of her life was her loving family who will miss her dearly. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Tuesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 10:30 p.m. in St-Jean-de- Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. In lieu of flowers, donations (by cheque only) to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
