LEMIEUX, Irene - In Loving memory of Irene Lemieux (nee Harrison) 90 years, peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at the Elizabeth Centre in Val Caron on Tuesday, November 10 2009. Daughter of the late Esperance (nee Dubois) and Jules Harrison. Beloved wife of the late Armand Lemieux (predeceased 1968). Loving mother of Claudette Pelletier (Zoel), Omer (Val) both of Hanmer and Monique (Herman Van De Ligt) of Val Caron. Predeceased by her sisters Cecile Lemieux (late Emile), Agnes Desforges (late Remi) and Rita Henri (Aurele). Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Lynne Loyer, Marc Pelletier, Tammy Lemieux and John Lemieux and great grandchildren Alex, Stephanie, Eric and Chanelle. A special thanks goes out to the staff on ward 4 of the Elizabeth Centre for all their great care and compassion - and to Therese for all her great care and love. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Dr. (at hwy 69 N) on Thursday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Jacques Church, Hanmer on Friday, November 13, 2009 at 11 am. Donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be greatly appreciated.
