BLAIS, Léa Emma (née Bélanger) - Passed away in Sudbury Monday, October 26, 2009, at the age of 86 years. Daughter of the late Willie Bélanger and of the late Bernadette Bélanger (née Brebant). Beloved wife of Gérard Blais of Chelmsford. Loving mother of Rachel Pharand (late Bruno), Gaston Blais (Lise), Donald Blais (Roxanne), Denis Blais (Monique), Claude Blais (Dawn) all of Chelmsford and Robert Blais (Denise) of Azilda. Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren and 8 great- grandchildren. Dear sister of Adrienne Lalonde (Lionel) and Simone Pharand (Claude) of Blezard Valley, Alice Roy (late Alfred), Madeleine Lamoureux (late Roger), Ronald Bélanger (Gisèle) all of Chelmsford, Rollande Dutrisac (Henri), Maurice Bélanger (Denise), Marie-Jeanne Bélanger all of Sudbury and Jean-Paul Bélanger (Liliane) of Hanmer. Predeceased by her sister Lévina Leclair (late Germain) and her brothers Rodolphe Bélanger (Laurette of Sudbury) and Elzéar Bélanger (late Liliane). The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R. 15, Chelmsford, Wednesday October 28, 2009 from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, October 29, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Joseph Church, Chelmsford.
