PAJALA, Pentti Antero - In loving memory of Pentti Antero Pajala, 64 years who passed away on Friday, October 16th, 2009 at the SRH-Memorial Site. Pentti was born in Kannus, Finland and settled in Sudbury in early 1970's from Thunder Bay. A skilled tradesman, he owned and operated Pentti's Handyman Services for the past ten years, previously he had been a miner for various mining contractors. He enjoyed golfing and socializing with his friends. Pentti will be remembered for his inspired work ethic. Beloved life partner of Suzanne Auld. Dear son of Onni and Lilja Pajala both predeceased. Loving brother of Erkki (wife Eeva), Leena Pajala, Liisa Rahkonen predeceased and Seppo Pajala predeceased and survived by three daughters; Anne, Marjo and Niina in Finland. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service in the Lougheed Funeral Home, 252 Regent St at Hazel St., Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 at 10 am. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated. Friends may call 2-5, 7-9 pm, Monday and after 9 am Tuesday.
