VILLEMERE, Evelyn - In loving memory of Evelyn Villemere (nee Witty) 76 years who passed away at Extendicare York in Sudbury on Saturday, October 17th, 2009. Beloved wife of Martin of Sudbury. Loving mother of Wayne (wife Bev) of Fort McMurray, Alberta, Glenda (husband Doug Heale) of Edmonton and Susan (husband Giulio Tonelli) of Sudbury. Cherished grandmother of Chris Villemere (wife Crystal) of Fort McMurray, Lori Villemere of Vancouver, Michael Heale and Derek Heale, both of Edmonton, Justin Tonelli and Tasha Tonelli, both of Sudbury, and great- grandmother of Alex, Mya and Leland. Dear sister of Josie (husband Harold Stanley) of Wakefield, Quebec, Kay (predeceased, surviving husband Ted Stefanyshyn of Sudbury) and Terry Witty (predeceased). Evelyn was born in Massey on January 19th, 1933, daughter of Dorothy (nee Wright) and John Witty, both deceased. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family and friends and sharing a few good stories with her grandchildren. In her healthier years, she loved camping on Manitoulin Island and spending her winters in Texas. Playing cards and working on crafts also brought much joy to her life. The family would like to thank all the staff at Extendicare York, Dr. Bakker, Linda and Lee, for taking good care of Evelyn. Memorial Service at the R.J. BARNARD CHAPEL, JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury on Wednesday, October 21st, 2009 at 1:00pm. Cremation at Park Lawn crematorium. Donations to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lung Association would be greatly appreciated. (Friends may gather at the chapel after 12:45p.m. Wednesday)
