HOULE, Emily Connie - In loving memory of Emily Connie Houle, 17 years, who passed away on Saturday, October 10th, 2009. Beloved daughter of Kevin Houle and Lorry Lemaire both predeceased. Loving sister of Dr. Jaclyn Bernardi (Emerik Mehes), Daniele Bernardi and Amber Houle. Cherished granddaughter of Conny and Sheila Houle and Wilfred (predeceased) and Joan Lemaire. Cherished niece of Keith Houle (Karen), Paula Naneff (Boris), Linda Millar-Martin (Ken), Dianne Bergeron, Jane Lemaire-Brown (Chris), Christine Lemaire- Laxdal (Garry). Special cousin of Brielle, Branden, Sarah (Koker), Heather (Greg), Kurtis, Garielle, Pier and Ava. Emily was a beautiful young woman who impacted many lives. She was active in many sports activities and excelled at them. She was the captain of the College Notre-Dame senior basketball team and took the initiative to accomplish more than was expected of her. Emily always made everyone laugh and had an infectious sense of humour. Academically Emily always strove to do her best. She was an honor student and was respected by both peers and teachers. Emily was a people person and her positive energy made her a pleasure to be with. Her gorgeous smile will stay with us forever. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St., Sudbury. Funeral Mass in St. Jean de Brebeuf Church, Kathleen St. at Notre Dame Ave. Saturday, October 17th, 2009 at 10AM. Interment in the Civic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Houle-Lemaire Family Bursary would be appreciated. (Friends may call from 2-9pm Friday).
