GIGUÈRE-LEGAULT, Laurette (née Piette) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Monday, October 5, 2009 at the age of 94 years. Daughter of the late Arthur and of the late Adora (née Dubois) Piette. Wife of the late Gaspard Giguère and of the late Edouard Legault. Beloved mother of Denise Rainville (Claude) of Sudbury, Carmelle Pelletier (late Conrad) of Capreol, Normand Giguère (Carole) of Blind River, Richard Giguère (Sandra) of Hanmer, Diane Labine (late Maurice) of Cambridge and Michel Giguère (Gaëtanne) of Rockland. Predeceased by her son Léo-Paul Giguère (Pauline of Azilda) and by her daughter Armande Neuhartd. Dear sister of Donat Piette (Lucienne) of New Liskeard, Alice Blondin (late Lionel) of Sudbury and Léo Piette (Frances) of Montreal, Qc. Predeceased by her brothers George Piette (late Juliette), Claude Piette (Madeleine of Sudbury), Marcel Piette and her sister Marie Primeau. Sadly missed by her 27 grandchildren, her 32 great- grandchildren and her 14 great-great- grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by her many relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends for a Mass of Christian burial to be celebrated Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in St-Jean- de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. Donations (by cheque only)to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario (Sudbury Chapter) or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
