MICHAUD, Claire (née Chenard) - The family announces with sorrow, her death in Sudbury, Tuesday, September 22, 2009 at the age of 87 years. Daughter of the late Éliude and of the late Antoine (née Richard) Chenard. Wife of the late Fernand Michaud, predeceased in 2003. Loving mother of Roger Michaud (Jacqueline) of Azilda and Alain Michaud (Christine) of Ottawa. Predeceased by her son Yvon. Dear sister of Luc Chenard (Fernande) of Markstay, Camille Chenard (Jeannine) of Hanmer, Jean-Marie Chenard (Françoise) of Whitefish, Marie-Paule Ross (Allan), Anita and Nicole Lapointe (Ovila Lalonde) all of Sudbury. Predeceased by her brothers, Odilon, Edgar, Claude, Gérard, Patrick and her sisters Georgette, Gisèle and Patricia. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Pierre, Jean-François and Marc-André. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Her good character and the kindness of her heart won the affection of her loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO- OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame) Sudbury, Friday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, September 26, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in St- Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury. Ses petits- enfants, Pierre, Jean-François et Marc- André garderont de doux souvenirs de sa tendresse. Également regrettée par plusieurs nièces, neveux, parents et amis. On se souviendra de Claire ayant été une dame douce, aimable et très fiers de sa famille. La famille recevra parents et amis à la COOPÉRATIVE FUNÉRAIRE, 222 boulevard Lasalle E. (angle Notre-Dame), Sudbury, vendredi de 14 h 00 à 17 h 00 et de 19 h 00 à 21 h 30. La messe funéraire sera célébrée le samedi 26 septembre 2009 à 10 h 00 à la paroisse St-Jean-de-Brébeuf, Sudbury.
