MÉNARD, Margaret (née Deschene) - Peacefully passed away in Sudbury, her loving family by her side, Thursday, August 6, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Frederick and of the late Alphonsine (née Lafleur) Deschene. Wife of the late Delphis Ménard. Loving mother of Denis Ménard (Lily) of Sudbury, Claire Giroux (Maurice) of River Valley and Linda Giroux (Simon) of Val Caron. Dear sister of Rita Quinn (Frank) of Belleville. Predeceased by her sister Alice and her brothers James, Frederick (late Harriet), Albert and Léo-Paul. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Rita (Mark), Philippe (Corrina), France (Marc), René (Micheline), Vincent, Martin, Dakota, Mason, Christian, Mathieu, Amy, Tyson, Kassy, Victoria, Taylor, Marina, Amanda and Clayton. Lovingly remembered by her many relatives and friends. The focus of Margaret's life was her loving family who will miss her dearly. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Monday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at 11 a.m. in St-Dominique's Church, Sudbury.
