WARKUS, Sonja Ann (nee Thall) - In loving memory of Sonja Ann Warkus (nee Thall), 53 years, of Lively, who passed away Saturday, August 1st, 2009 at the SRH - St. Joseph's Health Center. Sonja was born in Sudbury. The focus of Sonja's life was her loving family. She took great interest and pride in their activities and interests. She will be remembered as an amazing and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Beloved wife of Bruce Warkus. Loving mother of Kaarina (husband Graeme Ettles), Krista Warkus and Jed Warkus. Cherished grandmother of Logan, Hallen, Gavin and Simon. Dear daughter of Melvin Thall (wife Anna) and predeceased by Marion (MacLean) Thall. Loving sister of Eric (wife Beth) and Kathy (husband Earl Burns). Special aunt to Carl, Hilary, Chase, Skylar and Zackary. Resting at the JACKSON AND BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch St. Sudbury. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Wednesday, August 5th, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
