HEBERT, Daniel Aurele - In loving memory of Daniel Aurele Hebert, May 7th, 1940 - July 27th, 2009. Beloved husband and best friend of Josephine Ann Hebert for almost 43 years. Predeceased by parents Lelianne (Deforge) and Edouard Hebert, and one sister Carmelita (Hebert) Susteric. Loving father of Gerald (Sara), Beverly (Brad), Melanie (Lonnie). Cherished grandpa (Papa) to Stephanie, Jeffrey, and Shelby. Survived by siblings Aurore (Aurel predeceased), Maurice (Marie predeceased), Rene (Sandra), Deanna (Robert), Carlotta (Paul). Will be sadly missed by Ann's sisters Marg and Doris (Paul) and brother Carl (Joanne). He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews. Dan was born in Montieth, ON and spent his youth in Holtyre starting his career at Ross Mine. Moved to Sudbury, ON in 1965 and married Ann Rose, also born and raised in Holtyre in December of 1966. They made their home in Sudbury and raised their three children. While the kids were young Dan was actively involved in playground hockey as a volunteer coach. Dan was an avid fisherman and hunter while he had his health and greatly enjoyed his grandchildren in his later years. Dan worked at INCO as an underground miner for most of his 33 year career, finishing it off on surface with Mines Research where he made numerous great friends. He will be greatly missed by all. Donations to the Dialysis Unit at the SRHF would be greatly appreciated. Memorial Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Saturday, August 1st, 2009 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. (Friends may gather after 12:30 p.m. Saturday).
