MOORE, Elizabeth Frances (Bissell) U.E. - Peacefully in Niagara-on-the-Lake, on Thursday July 9th, 2009 in her 91st year. Predeceased by her husband Frank Moore (1999). Loving mother of Bruce and his wife Kristy of Niagara-on-the-Lake, and Alan and his wife Dale of Virgil. Beloved Grandma to Sandra and her husband Jamie of Niagara- on-the-Lake, Brenda of St. Catharines, and Douglas and his wife Michelle of Burlington. Beloved Eya to Richard and Colleen of Virgil. Dearest Gg (Great-Grandmother) to Jenna, Kayla, Alexis, and Austyn. Loving cousin to Jack Garrett of Toronto. Also survived by her sisters-in-law Ruth Moore, Ada Moore and Babs Fleming, and brother- in-law William Cook. Elizabeth was the 5th generation born in the town of Niagara, living her entire life in the family home. She was christened at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church Niagara-on-the-Lake were her ancestors were members of the founding congregation; was a life long member of the church, singing in the choir for over 50 years, a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary, Sunday School teacher, and volunteer at many church functions. She was always willing to assist in any way she could, and was the first to call on members who were unable to attend due to illness or inability to attend church. Elizabeth is at MORGAN FUNERAL HOME 415 Regent Street, Niagara-on-the-Lake, where her family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 7-9 p.m. and Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Niagara- on-the-Lake on Tuesday, July 14th at 1 o'clock.
