SEGUIN, Raymond Joseph - In loving memory of Raymond Joseph Seguin, 72 years, who passed away Sunday, June 28th, 2009 at the Vale Inco Hospice after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved husband of 50 years of Lois (Odowes) Seguin of Sudbury. Loving father of Dr.Kim Hause (Mark) Kitchener and Brian (partner Bonnie Heffern) of Sudbury. Cherished Pere of Meghan, Nathan, Dillon and Kyle. Predeceased by his parents Edmond and Angeline Seguin. Dear brother of Jacqueline (predeceased), Pauline Sedlmayer (Frank), Lorraine Lachance (Monjit Jawanda) and Bernadette Maguire (Mike). Raymond retired after 30 years service as a welder at Xstrata Nickel (formerly Falconbridge) and an active member of St. Patrick's Church and the Knights of Columbus Council 11522. He enjoyed spending time at his cottage on the French River and winters in Florida. Raymond was devoted to his family and held a special place in his heart for his grandchildren. Resting at the JACKSON & BARNARD FUNERAL HOME, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, Friday, July 3rd, 2009 at 10am. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium. Prayers will be held on Thursday at 7:30pm.
